My old mobile phone number is no longer in use and I can't receive the verification code. How can I change it to my new mobile phone number?

There are two ways we can update the phone number in your Intuit account so you can receive your verification code seamlessly moving forward, Shuliang.

If you can sign in to your account, we can update your phone number in QuickBooks:

1. Sign in to your QuickBooks account.
2. Click on your Profile icon located in the upper right corner.
3. Select Manage your Intuit Account.
   
   
4. Go to the Sign in & security menu.
5. In the Phone section, enter your new phone number.
6. Once done, hit Save to confirm the changes.

If you are having trouble signing into your Intuit account, you can request to recover your account. To do this, you need to complete a recovery form. Once submitted, our back-end team will review your request and aim to process it within one business day.

To request recovery to update your phone number, please follow these steps:

1. Take a high-quality photo or scan of your driver's license, state ID, passport, or notarized document.
2. Fill out the form below with your info, and upload your ID or document.
3. Within one business day, look for an email from no_response@intuit.com with the next steps. If we approve your request, you'll receive a link to reset your password.
