Welcome to the Community space, treasurer.

I'm here to assist you with running a 3-year Profit and Loss (P&L) report in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

First, ensure to review the display columns of your P&L. Then, to help you better with your concern and provide a resolution, I'd like to ask for additional information on what you're trying to change in your report.

Lastly, I'd appreciate it if you could provide us with a screenshot to have a visual reference of what you're dealing with.

Moreover, I'm adding this article as your reference in personalizing the data on your reports: Customize reports in QuickBooks Online.

Return to this post if you have other concerns about running your Profit and Loss report in QBO. I'll be here to lend a hand.

Attached is information on my problem.  I was able to run report for each year separately then combine as a 3 year report, but need to figure this out.

I appreciate the attached screenshot, treasurer.

Let me join this conversation and provide additional information about the specified dates on your custom Profit and Loss report.

Based on the image you've shared, this report is based on your fiscal year. The financial data ending in 2/29/2024 with March 2024 in a separate column is caused by your fiscal year-end, which is February. Consequently, since March is your first month of the fiscal year, it falls into a separate category.

Lastly, I'll add these articles to help you with the specific ways to personalize your reports to get more insights:
