A customer cancelled a PO. I would like to cancel the estimate I created in QBOL without deleting it. How can I indicate it is cancelled in the system?

Hi kris2.Thanks for reaching out to the community. Changing the status of the estimate is nice and easy in QuickBooks Online. First start by opening the estimate, then just follow these few easy steps:

1. Directly under the Customer select the arrow next to Pending 
2. Next, select the Estimate Status dropdown 
3. Last a list of statuses will appear, choose the appropriate status for the estimate in question.
