In QuickBooks Desktop (QBDT), you can enter your accounts receivable balances through invoices. For now, gather the AR details from your old system, then track them to QuickBooks manually. I'm here to guide you on how.

 

  1. Open your QBDT file.
  2. Go to the Customers tab, then click on Create Invoices.
  3. Select a customer's name from the Customer:Job dropdown, then fill in the information.
  4. Save the transaction.
