Beforehand, could you clarify if you are referring to the reconciliation window? If so, please note that transactions will only appear there up to the ending date of your last reconciliation. The check will not show because it has already been reconciled. You can check the reconciliation report by selecting the period during which the check was included to see if it’s listed there.
