About a month ago my COA Register stop showing balance in accounts.

I'm here to help show the account balances in your chart of accounts register.

 

Before we proceed, may I know what balance stopped showing? Is it the QuickBooks balance or the Bank balance? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

 

In the meantime, let's perform some troubleshooting steps by logging into your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account via a private browser. It's possible that the browser you're using had a data issue, thus causing QBO to act weirdly. To open a private browser, press this shortcut key on your keyboard:

 

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl Shift N
  • Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl Shift P
  • Safari: Command Option P

 

Once logged in, go back to your chart of accounts and check if the balances of the accounts are showing. If this works, they need to clear the browser's cache so the system can start fresh. If they get the same result while using a private browser, I recommend switching to a different one.
