Question

'Account QuickReport' does not come over to export into excel with syncing. I am trying to export all transactions of a single account into excel.

Hey there, Ryan. Let me share some information regarding the syncing feature in QuickBooks Online Advanced (QBOA)

 

Exporting your report using the syncing feature in QBOA is still available. May I ask if there is a certain error as you encounter this matter? It's best to share it for us to know what other best possible steps to give you. 

 

In the meantime, I recommend using other supported web browsers or private browsers to rule out any browsing history or cached files causing the problem. Here are the shortcut keys for accessing private browsers:

 

  • Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Microsoft Edge: press Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Safari: press Command + Shift + N
