Account setting is stuck on saying my payment method has a problem for a few months. tried multiple cards that all work. HELP?
As soon as I hit the Account and settings tab a new window pops up that says "We couldn't process your payment. Make sure your billing info is up to date."
Payments have been going through just fine and ive tried multiple other cards but nothing works. Its also asking me to subscribe to Live Cleanup for $500, which I dont want to do, but hitting the subscribe button for that is the only thing I havn't tried to see if it clears the error but I dont want to risk getting charged by trying it. Please help
