Thanks for reaching out here in the Community, @CR66. I'll provide information about Translucent that you have inside your QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Translucent is an accounting software that you can integrate into QuickBooks, and it can only be added or synced to your account by users with primary or company admin roles. To check if there are users are qualified to integrate an app, these are the steps:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. On the top right corner, click the Gear icon and select Manage users.
  3. Review each of the roles assigned to users inside your company file. You can click Edit below the Action column if you wish to modify a user's role.
  4. Once done, click the Save changes button.

For more information, please see this page: Add and manage users in QuickBooks Online.

If you don't have other users with the said role inside your business, or in case you accidentally integrated it yourself, I'll walk you through how to remove it from the list of apps connected to the account:

  1. Access your QuickBooks Online company.
  2. From the left menu, select Apps then My Apps.
  3. Select the Action ▼ dropdown menu, then Disconnect. A reminder, if you can't find Disconnect in the menu, select Settings, then locate the Disconnect button on the settings page.
  4. Complete the short questionnaire.
  5. Select Confirm Disconnect to remove the app from your company profile.
