Admin Change
Hi there, we terminated the relationship we had with our CPA firm. However, when I log into one of our QB's instances, their email is listed as the admin, therefore I cannot make any changes, including changing of the admin. I've asked for the password, but nothing yet. As the president of the company, I can't even add myself or our CFO to make the change, because it's the CPA's email address.
How can I make this change?
