Hello there, ondra.
Thank you for adding a screenshot. It gives me a visual representation of your concerns. As of now, we haven't received any reports that has the same incidents with you. I'm here to resolve them.
To start with, let's ensure that your customers set a preference on when the system will log them out if inactive. Here's how:
- From the Gear icon, select Account and settings.
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Scroll down to the Other preferences section.
- On the Sign me out if inactive for field, select their preferred time.
- Click Save and then Done.
As for the list of companies that didn't show up, have them log in their QuickBooks Online account on an incognito window. It is the best place to identify if you're experiencing some browser-related issues.
You can use these keyboard keys to open one:
- For Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
- For Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
- For Safari: ⌘+ Shift + N
If the company names shows up, they can go back to a regular browser and clear the cache. A piled cache can also be the reason why we encounter unexpected errors on the page.
You can also switch to a different browser like Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Safari, or Microsoft Edge to isolate the issue further.
Also, if you want to manage the restrictions of your account users, you can check this reference: Manage users in QuickBooks Online.
