Let me help find the missing unemployment reports, patticakes232.

If you mean Unemployment forms are missing, we can perform some basic troubleshooting steps to fix this.

First, try using a private browser or incognito window. This will eliminate any browser history that may cause a glitch inside QuickBooks. You can refer to the following keyboard shortcuts below:

  • Google Chrome: Ctrl + Shift + N
  • Microsoft Edge: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P
  • Safari: Command + Shift + N

Then, you can open your unemployment form (e.g. State Unemployment) again by following the steps below:

  1. Go to Taxes and choose Payroll Tax.
  2. Under Forms, click Quarterly Form and choose the Unemployment form (If the form is already filed, click View and Print Archived Forms).
  3. Click View.

Here's an article for more information about accessing payroll tax forms and payments in QuickBooks Online: Access payroll tax forms and tax payments.

If this fixes the issue, then close out the private window and clear the cache on the regular browser. This will remove previously-stored browsing data that might have caused the issue. Otherwise, you can try other supported browsers to help narrow down the cause of this behavior.
