Question

All of a sudden my income widget on dashbaord is not refreshing/updating. Is anyone else having this issue?

    Here's how:

     

    First, open your account using a private browser. Below are the shortcut keys you can use:
     

    • For Google Chrome browser: Ctrl + Shift + N
    • For Mozilla Firefox browser: Ctrl + Shift + P
    • For Safari browser: Command + Shift + N

     

    If it works, return to your regular browser and cleat its cache or you can use another supported browser. 

     

     As we move forward, could you please confirm your QuickBooks Online subscription? Additionally, is the amount in your income widget the same as your All Sales totals?

    We are using QuickBooks Simple Start Online. I tried your recommended solutions and it still remains. The Income widget that I'm referring to shows open invoices, overdue invoices and paid last 30 days on our dashboard. If i click on the widget to go into the actual information the numbers are accurate but when we go back to the dashboard its shows old information on the widget and hasn't updated in several days. Normally when we add new invoices and go back to dashboard it refreshes with the updated information. Thats not happening anymore.

     

    we tried clearing caches and different browsers with no success. we always have used Edge with no issues until now.

Agents have specialized tools, like the ability to share your screen, to take a more in depth look at what's causing the issue with the widget. They'll also be able to get the issue escalated for you if need be. Here's how to get in touch with the team:

       

      1. Click the Help (?) button.
      2. Select either tab to get started:
        - Assistant: Get quick, personalized answers. Select a suggested option, or type a question or topic you need help with. If you decide you need further help, you can still Talk to a human.
        - Search: Search the QuickBooks Online knowledge base directly, or select Contact Us and choose a way to connect with us:
          a. Start a chat with a support expert.
          b. Get a callback from the next available expert.

      I'm having the same issue. I tried Private Browsing via Chrome and that didn't do the trick.
