An employee deleted all our custom reports. How can we get them back?

The option to get the custom reports back is unavailable in QuickBooks Online. The only way to retrieve them is to recreate the reports. Here's how:

 

  1. Click Reports in the left panel and search for the desired report.
  2. On the report screen, click Customize.
  3. Customize the report and hit Save customization.
