Android app. I can only see 1 year of data???

In the QuickBooks Online mobile app, all data or transactions displayed will follow the current year as a default option. With this, if you're referring to Account history or register, it can't be filtered to show the transactions from the previous years. However, if you're referring to reports like the Profit and Loss or the Balance Sheet, you have the option to filter the data shown in it. You can click the Filter icon, then select the Last financial year to date option or the Custom option to specify a date range according to your preferences.

On the other hand, if you want to check and review your data or transactions from other years, you can open your QuickBooks account through a web browser. This program will provide you with all the data entered within QuickBooks.
