Anyone else experiencing QB iPhone app crashing when clicking to group by category in the expenses report?

I am unable to organize expenses by category without the iPhone application crashing and having to restart it. This has been going on for several months now.

The QuickBooks Online application may not be updated or the data may be full. These are possible reasons why the QuickBooks app crashes when clicking to group by category. I recommend resetting the app data to clear the cache and refresh it into its default state. 

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Go to Help from the top menu. 
  2. Select Reset App Data.
  3. Allow a moment for the process to complete, and then close the app.
  4. Be sure to right-click the app and choose Run as Administrator when re-opening it.
