Question

Anyone having trouble logging on the mobile app? mines take 10 mins to log in and when closing. does the same thing over and over. tried from multiple mobile devices

It's possible that you've encountered this issue due to a delay in the mobile system. Let's perform some troubleshooting steps to fix the performance issue.

 

Here's how:

 

For Android:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings and select Apps (varies by device).
  2. Choose the QuickBooks app from the list, and then pick Storage.
  3. Finally, hit clear data.

 

For IOS:

 

  1. Go to your device's Settings and select Setting General iPhone Storage.
  2. Choose an app that's taking up a lot of space.
  3. To free up the storage without deleting the documents and data for the app, select the Offload App.

 

Lastly, if the above steps don't work, we'll have to uninstall and reinstall the QBO application.

Hi there.tried all this. Still didn’t work. I deleted a ton of apps and have a lot of storage on phone. It’s weird as when I get to log online. When I try to save anything. It will just have the spinning thing. Consistently freeezes like that. QBO has done something like this to me couple of years ago. It was difficult to sign in but when I closed all the background pages. It worked. 
this time I’m not sure what is going on at all, it’s been 3 days. I can’t stay logged in nor do anything on once I’m logged in.
