Looks like a great number of transactions have been archived by QuickBooks.

I'm using the PRO 2013 Desktop Version.  Any way to recover them ?

I understand the importance of protecting company files and ensuring data safety.  I am here to provide you with more information on the matter, @TONERJOE2627469513

QuickBooks Desktop has a three-year lifetime and QuickBooks Desktop Pro 2013 is no longer supported. Discontinued versions won't receive the latest critical security patches and updates.

However, you can check these articles to repair or restore your company file:

Please keep in mind that due to the discontinued version, you may encounter issues when attempting to perform troubleshooting. Hence, Updating to a newer version is an excellent approach to prevent company file difficulties caused by feature or version variations that could affect data.

Also, I'm adding these articles for more information about upgrading QBDT to a newer version:

Please keep in touch with me if you have further QuickBooks-related concerns apart from data recovery. I'm always delighted to help.

I did NOT run the Condense Data Utility. Suddenly, data from 2022 and prior is all missing.

Run the Very/Rebuild Data utility. Did you find any error message?
