Bank Account Un-sync Automatically and Never Stays Connected - Not Even for 30 seconds HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!
The bank account connected to my Quickbooks Online account automatically unsynchronizes. As I have been trying to connect my Quickbooks as I normally would, I cannot do so. I have been waiting months and have only been told that someone will get back to me. But I have not received an email or a phone call. It has been months and I need a resolution.
Having to deal with this is very irritating, and I am unable to get ANY FORM OF SERVICE at this point. I pay over $600 a year for this service, but I am unable to use it effectively. This has been an issue for several months now. The system hasn't been accessible for some months, and I have asked to be reimbursed.
Problem #1: The bank account auto-unsyncs for no apparent reason. There is error 185.
Problem #2: The status shows, "Bank Sync was over a month ago", however, some transactions appear.
Problem #3: I have requested reimbursement and I would like to hear back about it.
I need help with ASAP!!!!!!!
