I’d like to clarify the amount you see on each page and help you print your check, 8326 7043 0.

The Check page displays an amount that is derived from the Ending Balance section of your register, which is the same as the QuickBooks Balance. On the other hand, the Bank transactions page shows the Bank Balance amount, reflecting the actual balance in your bank account as updated by the latest bank feed.

When you're ready, you can follow these steps to print your check:

  1. In QuickBooks Online (QBO), navigate to the New menu in the upper left and select Print checks under Vendors.
  2. This action will open the Print Checks screen.
  3. From there, click the Account drop-down and select the bank account.
  4. Set the correct information in the following fields: Transaction type, Sort by, and Starting check number.
  5. Tick the box for the check you want to print.
  6. Press the Preview and print button.
  7. If everything is correct, select Print and Done.
