Basic Intuit Account Bulk Edit

We utilize QB Desktop Enterprise & QBTime, we utilized QBTime before Intuit purchased the Tsheets. Due to this, some employees' username/email in QBTime was different than in their primary email in QB Desktop. Once Intuit purchased TSheets, and started integrating the systems we started getting duplicate "Basic Intuit Account Users" for the same employees. 95% of these employees do not work in QB Desktop, and only need a username to access Workforce, & QBTime. Is there a way to bulk clean up these user accounts?

Hi lcarnel,

 

As of the moment, we don't have a bulk edit option. However, we'll need help from our QB Support to check your account because your employees have accounts from T-SHeets time.

 

  1. Click on Help.
  2. Choose QuickBooks Desktop Help.
  3. Choose Contact us.
  4. In the description field, enter a summary of the scenario and hit Continue.
  5. Click Message an agent.
