Question

Been trying to link my Amazon account in Labs. I've tried disabling 2 step verification and have cleared all browsing data. Still can not connect.

Hi there, @marcia9.

I appreciate you for performing some troubleshooting steps to get this issue sorted out. I'd like to ensure that you'll be able to link Amazon to QuickBooks Self-Employed successfully.

To help you with the integration between these two programs, I recommend contacting our Intuit Developer team. They are the best resource for such inquiries as they are the experts on how to link Amazon to access the production of QuickBooks Self-Employed.

You can reach them through this link: Intuit Developer

In addition, here's a link that you can check out to learn more about how you can import the Amazon order information into QBSE: Amazon integration with QuickBooks Self-Employed.

If there's anything else that I can assist you with, let me know. I'll be around to help you out. Take care!

I tried contacting Intuit Developer, they said I was in the wrong location. I've since been redirected 4 times, I still have not had this issue resolved. I pay monthly for this service, and for it to not work, and to not receive support is extremely frustrating. I would really like to be directed to customer support for QuickBooks self employed.

Thanks for coming back for more support, @marcia9. I can feel what you've gone through with the Intuit Developer phone support team. I'm here to help ensure you're able to link your amazon in the QuickBooks Self-Employed Labs successfully.

You've mentioned that you've disabled the two steps verification. I'd recommend you turn it on again for your amazon account to get it to work. That way, you could enter the code texted to you instead of typing the numbers or letters you see.

Should this be the same issue, I'd recommend reaching out to our QuickBooks Self-Employed Support team to help you identify the cause of the issue. They can assist you in creating a case to investigate this behavior and check it with our engineers.

For future reference, read through this article and learn about how to create rules to speed up reviews in QuickBooks Self-Employed

I'm always here to help should you have additional concerns. Take care.
