Question

Bill is now higher than advertised rate

Just got a heads up from my credit card that my monthly bill has gone up by $5, making my cost $5 more per month than the advertised rate.

I haven't received any notification of raising rates, just a higher than normal bill and no information about why in my email or my account. I've been with this plan for several years, and was using a different plan for years before that, so this isn't the sudden ending of a discount or promotion. This is simply charging a 20 year customer more than the advertised rates for no discernible reason.

Not cool, quickbooks. Not. Cool.
