Hi there, @hayderalashbal.

Let me share information about your billing concerns in QuickBooks Online (QBO).

Based on your description, you are set up for an annual billing schedule. When you subscribe to your account on the 26th of January 2022, it automatically reflects the expiration date to the 26th of January 2023.

Nonetheless, QuickBooks offers two types of billing schedules. The first is annual, which you are on, and the other is the monthly billing schedule. Which means you will be paying month-to-month for the monthly cycle. Then pay for the entire year's subscription all at once for the annual cycle.

Since you mentioned that you were not using your QBO within the dates mentioned, I recommend contacting our Customer Care Team. This way, they can pull up your account in a secure setting to figure out the next steps that have to be taken. You can use this article to check their support schedule and hours: QuickBooks Online Support.

Moreover, if you continue using the application annually, you will be asked to pay to continue the service. However, if you want to switch to a monthly basis, then you can follow the steps below:

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Online as primary admin.
  2. Go to the Gear icon, then select Account and Settings.
  3. Afterward, navigate to the Billing & Subscription tab.
  4. Then, tap to Switch to monthly billing.
  5. Select Switch and Done.

Let me know if you have more concerns about your billing schedule. I'm just a post away. Have a good one!
