Blank page after login to QB web

Hi all,

 

I have a blank (empty) page after login to my accountant profile for invoicing (web, not application).

I'm using Chrome (v. 92.0.4515.107), cookies and cache cleared. The same problem is in Incognito mode and in Mozilla browser

Hello once again,

 

Just want to let you know that the page loaded after I used VPN on the browser.. But earlier everything worked well with my internet connection and with my internet provider. Do you know why is there such website behaviour and how I can use it without VPN now?

Thank you for the reply. My profile was not the main profile, it was like a secondary invited profile to the main profile. So we tried to delete my invited profile and reinvite me again. And now I have "Sign In" error (screenshot attached). As I understand this is another issue. Should I contact the support team on this as well? Or this is a common error right now and QB team is fixing it right now?
