BoA Credit Card: Expenses are showing up as credits and payments as debits HELP!

Have any of you had an issues with a BoA credit card (or any credit card) where the transactions that are coming into QB are completely backwards? The credits are listed as expenses and the expenses are listed as credits. 

I tired removing the credit card from my account and re-synching  it and it's still doing the same thing. 

Please tell me there is another way to fix this other than inputting the entire credit card statement manually?

Hi there, Archie Cares. I appreciate what you've done to try and resolve this banking issue. I know how important it is to be able to download bank transactions with correct details.

 

I've checked our system and found out that there's an ongoing investigation about the reversed entries coming from Bank of America credit cards. Our engineers are currently working to get this resolved as soon as possible.

 

In the meantime, I suggest contacting our Customer Care Support team so that you'll be added to the list of affected users. This way, you'll receive updates via email of the investigation's status and be notified once it's been resolved.

  1. Go to Help (?).
  2. Click on the Search tab, then Contact Us.
  3. Put  a brief description of your concern, then hit Continue.
  4. Choose a way to connect:
  • Start a chat with a live support.
  • Get a callback from the next available support.
