Question

Can anyone help me with the mayhem? I added my account twice with a different name, now I have double,s and it's not letting me edit it and delete. Please help

I can't find my old account on settings but QuickBooks keeps telling me that I have to activate the account to edit it.

Good morning, @useralpires. Thanks for reaching out to us here for help with your accounts. I can definitely shed some light on how best to handle this situation.

 

Based on the error you mentioned, it's possible the old account was an expired trial or a canceled account. That's why you wouldn't see it in your settings.  The only way to get back into that old account would be to reactivate it so you can edit/update your account.
