Can anyone help with the Quickbooks Workforce app? I am having some issues to where a couple of employees are unable to view their schedule from QB Workforce app.

iOS

  1. Go to the App Store, then tap your profile icon.
  2. Go to QuickBooks Workforce, and tap Update.


Android

  1. Open the Google Play Store.
  2. Select the profile icon, then tap Manage apps and devices.
  3. Under the Overview tab, tap Updates available.
  4. Next to the Workforce app, tap Update.
     

If the issue persists, you can uninstall and reinstall the QuickBooks Workforce mobile application. Otherwise, if the problem continues, you can access QuickBooks Workforce using other supported browsers.
