Yes, you can reactivate your subscription. Though, this is only applicable if it's not more than a year after you cancel your subscription. QuickBooks Online will permanently delete the data after a year of cancellation. If this happens, you'll have to sign up for a new account.

 

These are the steps on how to resubscribe:

  1. Login to your QuickBooks Online account.
  2. Go to the Gear icon ⚙ and select Billing & Subscription.
  3. Click Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  4. Select Subscribe.
