Can I add a user to my mobile app?

Adding users to QuickBooks Online mobile app is great functionality, e-innovations-ja.

 

As of now, this option is unavailable in the mobile app version. I'd suggest accessing your account via the browser. There, you can add and manage users. Here's how:

 

  1. Log into your QuickBooks Online account on the website.
  2. Go to the Gear icon and then select Manage users.
  3. Click Add user.
  4. Select a user type, then click Next.
  5. Choose the Access rights for the user. Then select Next.
  6. Select the User settings, if applicable. Then select Next.
  7. Enter the user’s name and email address and then click Save.
