No. Unless you have a backup restore app like this one

Hi there!

Allow me to clarify things and help you recover the information you've mistakenly inactive.

Backdating your computer to recover the data you've made inactive won't help. To give you the correct resolution, may I know what information you've mistakenly inactive? Any additional information would be greatly appreciated.

If you're referring to a customer, you can follow the steps below to make it active again:

  1. Sign in to your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account.
  2. Click Sales from the left menu, then select Customers.
  3. Select the Gear icon above the Action column and put a checkmark in the Include inactive box.
  4. Find the customer you've mistakenly inactive.
  5. Click Make active under the Action column.

However, if you're trying to make a vendor activate again, you can go to the Vendors menu. Here's how:

  1. Click Expenses from the left menu, then select Vendors.
  2. Select the Gear icon above the Action column and put a checkmark in the Include inactive box.
  3. Find the vendor you've mistakenly inactive.
  4. Click Make active under the Action column.

Please feel free to leave a comment below if you're referring to something else or if you have any other questions. I'll be around to provide further assistance.

You may also want to review all your sales and expense transactions in QuickBooks Online. This will gives you a great view of the status of sales and expense transactions you've created.

Wishing you all the best!
