Hi there @truckerraymond-y.

 

I can walk you through how to cancel your account. We hate to see you go!

 

To cancel your account:

 

  1. Sign in to QuickBooks as an Admin
  2. Go to Settings (gear icon)
  3. Under YOUR COMPANY, choose Billing and subscription.
  4. In the QuickBooks section, click Cancel subscription or Cancel Online.

For paid and trial subscriptions, we hang on to your data for one year. This lets you pick up where you left off if you decide to come back (and we hope you do). We delete the data after that.
