Can I change from QBO Accountant to Simple Start?

Hello, Is there anyway to downgrade my Online free Accountant subscription to Simple Start?  Or is there a seamless way to transfer my company books to a new online account? Would support be able to do this for me?  I am only planning on tracking my company books as opposed to my clients through this account and seems easier than exporting and importing to a new qbo simple start subscription.   Is this possible? 

 

If not what is the easiest way to transfer everything over?  I tried exporting and am not having lock importing all the old transactions in excel format?  I tried rewind but seems like they removed the copy feature now.

Do you need to convert data from QBOA US version to QBO Simple Start Global version?

No just QBOA in US just want to switch to QBO Simple Start on US. I've tried exporting but not sure which list I exactly for all my transactions. Somehow when my bookkeeper was switching and importing from another program she used QBOA.  Now just trying to be on QBO Simple Start to have books shared to my current accountant.  I was trying Rewind but don't seem to be able to move between 2 diff accounts.

You need to purchase a 3rd party service to convert your data or use a migration tool.

The option to downgrade from QBO Accountant to Simple start is unavailable. So if you want to use the Simple start version, you'll need to subscribe to it. Then, export your data from QBO Accountant for you to import it to the Simple start version.
