Can I change my EIN number? Every time I try It ask me to verify a code VIA text but then it's like I just Logged all over again ....

Once you're done entering the text code, try to click the View/Edit EIN link again. From there, you can change the information.

If it makes you log in again, you might be experiencing some browser hiccups. We'll perform some steps to fix it. Let's start with signing into your account through an incognito window. It's the best place to isolate web issues. Here are the shortcut keys:

• Google Chrome: press Ctrl + Shift + N 
• Mozilla Firefox: press Ctrl + Shift + P
• Safari: press Command + Shift + N

If you can change the EIN using the private browsing session, go back to your regular browser and clear its cache. We let our users delete them now and then to prevent and fix web issues. 

Also, you can use a different browser to narrow down the issue.
