Can I change the email of one of my companies, I have two in Quickbooks, two accounts. Want to forward receipts to the two accounts with different emails. thanks

Just set up quickbooks self employment/personal and already have one for an s corp. but they are both under one email, which I like but I won't be able to send receipts from the one email to the right account. Can I change that somewhere?

I'll give steps on how you can change the email address in your QuickBooks Self-Employed.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Log in to your QuickBooks Self-Employed account.
  2. Go to the Settings menu, and choose Intuit account to open the Intuit Account Manager.
  3. Click the Sign-in & security menu.
  4. Select the User ID, Email Address, or Password section and edit the business name.
  5. Hit Save.
