You will need extra effort to do so. Chat Support and ask them to migrate your data. If the support person cannot help, immediately end chat support and try a new chat session to find a new support person.

Thanks for joining the Community! I'd like to give you some information about migrating your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account to TechSoup.

Unfortunately, it's not possible to directly transfer your QBO account to your TechSoup QBO account within the program. However, there are a few options available. One is to use a migration tool to help with the transfer. 

Alternatively, you can export your QBO lists and import them into TechSoup. This way, you can easily set up your new account using the data from your QBO account. You can follow the steps below:

To export the data:

1. On your QuickBooks account, go to the Gear icon.
2. Select which data you'd like to export.
3. Click on the Export to Excel button.

To import data:

1. Log in to the new account, then click on the Gear icon at the upper right.
2. Under Tools, choose Import Data.
3. Select the type of data that you'd like to import.
4. Click Browse to select a file to be imported.
5. Click on the Next button until finished.
