Can I duplicate my account information, IE products, pricing and vendors, for my new company

Thanks for visiting the Community with your concern today. Yes, you can duplicate your QuickBooks company, and I'll show you the easy way around it.

To achieve this, you'll have to export your products, pricing, and vendors from your old company, then import them to your new company. Let me show you how:

1. Log in to your first QuickBooks account, then click the Gear icon.
2. Select the Export data under Tools, then click the Lists tab. 
3. Select Customer/ Vendor, then click Export to Excel.

Once done, you can now import it to your new account:

1. Click the Gear icon again, and choose Import data this time.
2. Select Customers or Vendors.
3. Browse the folder where you save the exported list and choose the Excel file.
4. Map your data, the click Next.
5. Adjust your data if necessary, then click Import.
