Can i get a balance sheet report - last month vs. dec 31, 2019. The option seems to have disappeared

The first procedure is to try logging in using private browsing and trying to run that balance sheet report again to see if the option is working. This is to ensure that the browser wouldn't store any cookies, history, or any form of that could cause this issue. Here are the functions:

 

Google Chrome:Ctrl + Shift + N

Mozilla Firefox: Ctrl + Shift + P

Internet Explorer: Ctrl + Shift + P

Safari: Command + Shift + N

 

If you're still encountering some problems, the second procedure would be to clear cache and cookies. Doing this will remove the corruption of data and allow the page to load a clean copy.
