I'm happy to assist you with your subscription, Eisen. Let me share more information.

For subscription discounts, I recommend contacting our support. They pull up and check for available discounts to offer. Here's how:

  1. Go to the Help(?) icon.
  2. Click Contact Us.
  3. Choose any of these to connect with us:
  • Start a chat with a support expert.
  • Get a callback for the next available expert.

Moreover, let me share these articles to learn more about managing your subscription:

Don't hesitate to reply on the thread if you still have concerns about your subscription. Have a great day ahead, and take care.
