Can i give admin access to integrator to deploy app built for us in sandbox and now ready for the production org? don't want them to have financial ability,

We developed a Salesforce QB integration and it has been tested out in the sandbox it is now time to give them access to the production work but they need admin access to deploy it. Giving the admin access gives them the ability to transfer funds and build customers etc.
