Can I move custom reports between profiles used by the same company?

Currently, accessing the custom reports regardless of which profiles are used isn't possible. You can send a request about the feature that you want through QuickBooks Online.

Here's how:

1. Click the Gear icon at the top, then Feedback.
2. Enter your comments or product suggestions.
3. Click Next to submit feedback.
    

Your valuable feedback goes to our Product Development team to help improve your experience in QBO. You can track feature requests through the QuickBooks Online Feature Requests website.  

Please know that QuickBooks always considers product suggestions based on the number of requests. The more users want this feature, the big chances it'll be part of future enhancements.
