Can I reactivate a QuickBooks Advanced trial? I started 30-day trial, cancelled after 2 days. The QB rep said I could cancel and restart it, but I can only subscribe now.
During a support call from our QB Payroll Online, the rep recommended I try the QB Advanced. I did that, but did not like it and cancelled after 2 days. Now, I cannot run payroll as it is saying I need to modify an account in QB Advanced, but there is no Chart of Accounts because the QB Advanced trial was cancelled. That leaves me unable to run payroll.
