Can I reactivate my account? How do I do that?

I'm here to assist you with how you can reactivate your QuickBooks Online (QBO) account. You can simply follow these steps to proceed:

 

  1. Sign in to your QBO company. Then, click Settings ⚙.
  2. Choose Account and settings under Your Company.
  3. Select Billing & subscription, then tap on Resubscribe, and enter the updated billing information.
  4. Click Subscribe.

 

Once completed, follow these steps to review the charge date:

 

  1. Sign out, then sign in again.
  2. Go to Settings  ⚙, and select Account and settings
  3. Go to Billing & subscription, and check the Next charge date. If it's a date in the past, contact support to prevent back-billed charges from occurring.
