Welcome to the Community, @don510. Let me share some information about the voided invoice.

To begin with, are you trying to restore a voided invoice? If so, while we can't directly restore voided transactions, we can recover the details of the deleted transaction by going to the audit log and then re-enter the transaction manually.

Here's how:

  1. Go to the Gear or Settings ⚙️ icon and select Audit Log.
  2. Click the drop-down list for Filter ▼, then select the appropriate user, date, and event(s).
  3. Click Apply.
  4. Locate the voided transaction.
  5. Select View under the History column.
  6. Take note of all the information necessary to re-enter the transaction. (Note: The amount on a voided transaction is always 0. Use the appropriate amount when re-entering the transaction).

Once done, you can then manually enter the invoice again.

However, if you're referring to something else, please don't hesitate to let me know so I can assist you appropriately.

Additionally, please check this article to help you learn how to record an invoice payment: Record invoice payments in QuickBooks Online.

I'll be around if you need further assistance restoring your voided invoice or have any QuickBooks-related concerns. Keep safe.
