Hi there, @monica1972.

In QuickBooks Online, we can archive and view forms from prior periods. The available liability periods only extend back for a year or two. If you've archived your form 941, follow these instructions to view your form.

Here's how:

  1. Click the Taxes tab on the left panel.
  2. Select Payroll Tax.
  3. Go to the Forms column, and then click the View Archived Forms link below the Quarterly Forms section.
  4. From the list of archived forms, find the ones from 2020.
  5. Click the 941 link in the far right.
  6. Choose the 941 Form.
  7. Choose the period from the drop-down, then click View.

We also offer a guide on archiving old forms for your benefit. You can also read through the write-up on how QuickBooks populates the 941 that I'm sure you'll find helpful. It has detailed instructions and specific reports on how the lines on the Form 941 are determined.

However, if you're unable to see the 941 forms for 2020, I'd suggest reaching out to our Payroll Support Team. They can pull up your account in a secure environment and help you locate the form.

I'm only a few clicks away if you have any other questions. Wishing you continued business success now and in the future.
