Can i run a report based on a line item on invoices to figure out what was received per week?

QuickBooks Online doesn't have the specific report for invoices base on line item. However, I can share with you the closest fit to your needs.

You can run the Sales by Product/Service Details report. This will show  your sales, grouped by product or services and other information like transaction type, quantity, rate, amount, and totals.

Here's how to run the report:

1. Go to Reports.
2. Enter Sales by Product/Service Details in the search bar.
3. You can also use the Customize button to filter other necessary details.

Otherwise, you may consider exporting your report to Excel or as a PDF file. This way you can customize the information you want in the report.

From the report, just click the Export icon and choose Export to Excel or Export as PDF. See screenshot your a better view:
