Can I run a sales report for individual sales reps?

I have multiple sales reps and want to run gross profit reports for each of them.  We set up a Sales Rep field under custom fields for each client.

Let me get the help you need in running the report you wanted, @orrr-porettaorr-.

 

In QuickBooks Online (QBO), we have the Sales by Customer Detail report that you can run that shows your sales, grouped by a customer showing your Sales rep. It also includes the date, type, amount, and total. However, running a report for an individual sales rep is unavailable. As a workaround, you can export the report to excel, and then filter it from there to show individual sales rep.

 

To export, here's how:

 

  1. In the left menu, click Reports.
  2. Type in Balance Sheet in the search field. 
  3. Update the Report Date and Accounting Method.
  4. Click Run report. 
  5. Select the export icon beside the gear.
  6. Click the Export to Excel option under the export icon.

To send feedback, follow the below steps:

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon at the top.
  2. Select Feedback.
  3. Enter your comments or product suggestions. 
  4. Then select Next to submit feedback.
