The first option is to run the Customer Contact List report, then mail it to the desired recipient.

 

Here's how:

 

  1. Open your QuickBooks Online account, then click on Reports at the left pane.
  2. Look for the Customer Contact Lost report, then open the report.
  3. Review the customer's information, then tap on the envelope icon to mail the report.
  4. Click on Email, then input the receiver's email information.

 

The second option is to export the list to Excel, then mail it to the other QuickBooks user.

 

  1. Go to the Gear icon, then click on Export data under Tools.
  2. Switch to the Lists section, then select Customers.
  3. Click on Export to Excel.
  4. Hit OK, then open and save the Excel file.
