Can I set up a user with limited rights to seeing journal entries?

Yes, you can set up a user with limited access in QuickBooks Online, @sfrance.

You can use the Standard user type so they can work on vendors, purchase orders, and bills.

Here's how: 

1. Go to the Settings ⚙menu.
2. Select Manager users.
3. Click the Add user button. 
4. Select Standard user and then click Next.
5. Under the Select access rights, choose Limited and select Vendors. 
6. Click the Next button.
7. Follow the on-screen steps.
8. Enter the user contact information and click Save.
