It is possible to switch back to the old layout, @dslaughter71.

If you're referring to the old layout for your invoice or estimate, you can easily switch back to it by clicking the "Old Layout" button at the top of the screen.

Please refer to the image below:

Please send feedback to our product engineers if this isn't the specific layout issue you are referring to. They are responsible for deciding which features will be added in the future.

Here's how:

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. Select Feedback under the Profile column.
  3. Enter your feedback or suggestions.
  4. Click Next.
  5. Choose Feedback for the category.
  6. Hit Send.

I don't have that option on my screen and would like the old layout back. Any other options?

Adjusting to a new platform can be challenging, especially when you are comfortable with the previous layout, JPH123.

Thank you for connecting with the Community. Our design team has made some enhancements to the invoice form that align more closely with thought processes as customers. However, I understand you want to revert to the previous invoice format. You'll have to click the Old layout beside Feedback to accomplish this. Click on this option, and you will be able to switch back to the previous invoice form.

Also, the possible reason for missing the Old layout option in QuickBooks is the accumulation of excessive historical data. This is because when you access a website, it stores data from the web page in its cache and cookies. Although these files facilitate faster loading of frequently visited websites, they can sometimes interfere with QuickBooks. To address this problem, I suggest clearing out the cache and cookies to ensure you can access QuickBooks with a fresh start. Alternatively, you can switch to another supported browser so you have the best experience browser when using QuickBooks.

However, If you are still having difficulty locating this option after clearing the cache, it's possible that you're unable to return to the old invoice form. I suggest sending Feedback to our product developer team. Our team is dedicated to providing quality customer service and ensuring that your experience with our product is as seamless as possible.

Here's how:

  1. Open the Invoice, then Edit.
  2. On the right corner, click the Feedback.
